Design and Experimental Research on Centralized Lubrication and Waste Oil Recovery System for Wind Turbines

Lubrication plays a key role in increasing availability of wind turbines, extending unit life and reducing operating costs. In view the problems valve core lag, grease hardening difficulty removing waste oil centralized lubrication system, an improved system recovery were designed this study. Discharge bearing cavity was simulated under different vacuum conditions. It shown that degree is proportional to output speed grease. Performance fatigue reliability tests suction drainer device test platform conducted over 12,000 cycles. The results show error before after less than 5%, power pressure, pressure quantity product are stable, indicating has excellent sealing reliability. can eliminate discharge resistance cavity, facilitating improving turbine operation efficiency.
